Task 1

Here is my version of task 1. My target group was academic people ages 18-25 and the client was a shoe store. I started to develop the original greyhound idea, and came up with the help of Petri that the character could be an egyptian like. So i did an version of the egyptian mythology character Anubis. Anubis was god of the underworld. Fact that it was the god of the underworld has nothing to do with my character, i just thougt that something with egyptian mythology was kind of academic like.

Task 1

I chose for the task 1, a shoe store for academic people ages 18-25. First thing that came in to my mind as an fast animal that would be good for a shoe store, was a grey hound. So I will be developing the character around this dog. It could be a male sport dog, or feminine lady like dog with high heels.

Im hoping to learn how to use Illustrator better and how to create good looking graphics with it.
